GinArea Points Rules

1. Point Types and Their Purpose

The GinArea system includes the following types of points:

  • Trading Points — earned for trading volume and available for withdrawal in USDT.
  • Premium Points — used to purchase paid features and services, and also available for withdrawal.
  • Promo Points — provided as part of promotions and special activities, and not available for withdrawal.

In addition to withdrawal, points can be used to pay for any features and services inside the GinArea platform if the interface shows that payment with points is available.

GinArea Points are an internal reward system for users’ trading activity within the GinArea platform.

Points are not a cryptocurrency, token, security, or any other digital asset.

Any third-party coins, tokens, or projects using the GinArea name are not related to the GinArea project.

Points are not available for free purchase. They can only be obtained through the mechanisms of the GinArea platforms located on the domains ginarea.org and ginarea.com.

2. Point Accrual

Points are accrued exclusively to exchange referrals of GinArea and referrals of official GinArea partners.

The basic point accrual system:

  • For every $10,000 of trading volume generated by bots, 1 point is accrued.

Individual accrual multipliers apply to different exchanges:

  • Bybit — x1 multiplier → $10,000 = 1 point
  • OKX — x1 multiplier → $10,000 = 1 point
  • KuCoin — x1 multiplier → $10,000 = 1 point
  • BitMEX — x3 multiplier → $10,000 = 3 points

Points are accrued only if the user maintains the status of an exchange referral of GinArea or official GinArea partners.

If the user loses the status of an exchange referral, including but not limited to changing referral attribution, unlinking the account, transferring the account to another partner, or other actions on the exchange side, point accrual automatically stops from the moment such status is lost.

3. Point Withdrawal Rules

  • Only Trading Points and Premium Points are available for withdrawal.
  • Promo Points are not available for withdrawal and are used only inside the GinArea platform.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is 5,000 points.
  • When withdrawing, the value of 1 point is $0.01.
  • Points can only be withdrawn in amounts divisible by 100.
  • Point withdrawal is available only to supported exchanges integrated with the GinArea platform.
  • At the time of submitting a withdrawal request, the user must have the exchange connected to which the points will be withdrawn.
  • Point withdrawal requests are processed within 48 hours from the moment a correctly submitted request is received.
  • After a successful withdrawal, the user receives an automatic email notification from GinArea containing the transaction hash, which confirms the point withdrawal.
  • From the moment the transaction hash is provided, GinArea’s obligations regarding the withdrawal operation are considered fulfilled.
  • Any subsequent delays related to transaction processing on the exchange, blockchain network, or payment service side are outside GinArea’s responsibility.
  • When withdrawing Trading Points, GinArea covers the transaction fee.
  • For operations with Premium Points, including deposits and withdrawals, the fee is paid by the user. Operations are carried out using third-party payment services; the terms and fee amounts are determined by the respective services.

4. Protection Against Abuse

If dishonest actions are detected, including actions aimed at artificially increasing the number of points, abusing accrual mechanisms, manipulating trading volumes, or any other forms of violation of platform rules, GinArea reserves the right to:

  • Cancel accrued points;
  • Suspend operations with points;
  • Restrict access to certain platform features;
  • Fully or partially block the user account.

5. Final Provisions

GinArea, including the platforms located on the domains ginarea.org and ginarea.com, reserves the right to change these rules at any time without prior notice to users.
