Trading on OKX
To start trading on OKX, follow the steps below.
- Funding the Trading Account
- Make sure there are funds in your trading account

For a short spot bot, you must have the corresponding asset available

OKX Terminal Setup
In Margin Mode, select Cross Margin: - Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the trading terminal
- In the Account Mode section, select:
- Spot and futures mode
- In the Position Mode section, select:
- One-way mode
- For the Default Grid strategy, hedge mode is available. For all other strategies, only one-way mode is supported
- Leverage: Set a leverage value that will not prevent the bot from operating correctly
Trading on Bybit
To trade on Bybit, follow the steps below.
- Funding the Account
- To run bots, your balance must be held in the Bybit Unified Trading Account
- For a short spot bot, you must have the corresponding asset available

To trade inverse contracts, you also need margin in the corresponding cryptocurrency

Bybit Terminal Setup
- In the Margin Mode section, select Cross Margin
- In the Position Mode section, select One-way mode
- For the Default Grid strategy, hedge mode is available. For all other strategies, only one-way mode is supported
- Leverage: Set a leverage value that will not prevent the bot from operating correctly
Trading on KuCoin
- Funding the Account
- To run bots, your balance must be held in the trading account for spot trading and in the futures account for futures trading
- For a short spot bot, you must have the corresponding asset available
- To trade inverse contracts, you also need margin in the corresponding cryptocurrency
For futures contracts, the trading mode can be configured using the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
Please note that only bots using the Default Grid strategy can operate in hedge mode. All other bot types require One-way mode.
