Errors Related to Limits, Balance, and Settings

These errors occur when the bot has problems starting or operating due to insufficient balance, exceeded bot limits, or incorrect settings. Make sure you meet all bot and exchange setup requirements.

  • Bot min quantity is very small
    The minimum order size is too small for the exchange. Check the exchange’s minimum order size requirements and increase it in the bot settings. This error may occur due to a sharp change in the coin price.

  • Bot min quantity is very large
    The minimum order size is too large for the current conditions. Reduce the order size in the settings so it matches the allowed limits. This may also be caused by a sharp change in the coin price.

  • Maximum created bots is exceeded
    The bot creation limit has been exceeded. Delete inactive bots to free up space for new ones. You can create up to 300 bots per exchange, and up to 40 bots for each trading type can be active at the same time on one API key.

  • Maximum running bots is exceeded
    The limit for simultaneously running bots has been exceeded. Stop some running bots to free up resources for a new one. The limit for simultaneously running bots is 40 per API key, while up to 300 bots can be created.

  • Bot invalid strategy
    An incorrect Strategy was selected for the bot. Check the settings and make sure a supported strategy is selected.

  • Insufficient balance
    There are insufficient funds to perform the operation. The bot has reached a position limited by the leverage set on the exchange. Fund the trading account or increase leverage on the exchange so the bot can continue operating and create new orders.

  • Negative profit per deal
    The bot cannot execute the trade because the expected result is negative and does not cover the exchange fee. Check the bot settings and review the Target Distance and Min. Stop Profit values. A likely reason for this error is a sharp change in the coin price.
