API Key Errors
These errors occur when the bot has problems accessing the exchange through the provided API key. The reasons may vary from incorrect permissions to an expired key.

Api-key is invalid
Invalid API key. Check that the key was entered correctly and make sure the exchange settings meet the requirements. You may need to generate a new key. Also make sure that you are not a Master Trader on Bybit or a Lead Trader on OKX, BitMEX, or KuCoin. -
Api-key is expired
The API key has expired. Generate a new API key on the exchange, for Bybit or OKX, and update it on the page: Exchange -
pi-key is readonly
The API key has Read-Only permissions, which does not allow trading operations. Create a new API key with trading permissions and asset management permissions. -
Api-key has low permissions
The API key does not have enough permissions to perform trading operations. Make sure all required trading permissions are enabled for the key. -
Api-key has unmatched ip
The API key is being used from an unsupported IP address. Generate a new API key on the exchange, for Bybit or OKX, and update it on the page: Exchange -
Api-key is master trader
This API key belongs to an account that manages other accounts, such as a Master Trader on Bybit or a Lead Trader on OKX, etc. Such accounts cannot be used for trading through our service. Use an API key from a subaccount or a regular account.
